This takes us back to basics and allows the body to start to heal and for you to begin the journey to regain your health.

You will learn why this way of eating is what the human body needs in order for optimum health. The main focus is on eating meat, fat and salt. You can be 100% strict or slowly transition over to this way of eating by cutting back on the plants you consume. We will support you however you want to do the challenge, we want it to work for you.

I eat a meat based diet 100% of the time. I cycle through periods of being 100% strict carnivore and periods where I eat a few more plants. So I might have a handful of berries after my steak or I might eat a home grown leek or courgette with my stew. I have been low carb for many years, keto for 5-years and animal based keto for the last year.

I decided to go 100% strict carnivore to resolve a couple of very annoying symptoms that started after I had a nasty virus and to try and improve the management of my Hashimoto's thyroiditis. My energy levels remain high and I felt the best I had since before the virus and my Hashimoto's went into remission within a few weeks. Since then I have worked with many clients trying a carnivore approach to resolve all kinds of health issues from inflammatory bowel, to mental health and autoimmune problems. I can give you tips on everything from cooking, shopping, travelling or socialising and help you navigate any potentially tricky situations along the way.

FAQs

When Are The Weekly Calls?

The weekly calls will take place at 4pm on Tuesday UK time. You can send questions in before hand if you are not able to attend and I will try and answer them. You will get access to the recording.

When Does It Start?

It will start on 1st of the month but support in the Facebook group will usually be available during the working week Monday to Friday. You can register anytime before it starts and up to the first Saturday on the month but I encourage you to join from the beginning for the biggest benefit.

What Do I Need To Eat?

The aim is to eat meat, fat and water but you may choose to include some other animal foods such as eggs and dairy. Some people prefer a more animal based approach and include a small amount of plants such as herbs or berries. You may wish to transition onto the more strict carnivore approach over one or two weeks.

What If I Want More Support After the 4-Weeks?

If there is demand from the group then it might be possible to continue the challenge for longer! You can book a one-to-one consultation with me at any point in time. If you are a member of the challenge I will give you a 10% discount on my fees.
