Moira holds a diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London as well as having completed Ketogenic Diets for Mental Health Clinicians training. She has run her own specialist ketogenic clinic for over 5 years and has published case reports from her practice in the medical literature.
