5 Healthy Additions to Your Breakfast

One of the easiest ways to start your day knowing you have made healthy choices is to add some super foods into your breakfast. If you normally have porridge add a tablespoon on flaxseed or chia seed. Instead of using milk add some coconut cream and water when you cook it. Or reduce how much cereal, toast or porridge you eat and instead add in nuts and seeds such as pecans, almonds, hazlenuts, pumpkin seeds or if you prefer add a spoonful of nut butter. Make sure to include some brightly coloured fruits such as cherries, kiwis, blueberries or raspberries. Include some natural yoghurt or kefir which are good for your gut with their helpful bacteria. This way you get lots of fibres, phytonutrients and micronutrients, make it into a new habit and you will start to notice that it might help you to feel better.
